What is Your Cancellation Policy?

As long as your reservation does not fall on a major holiday weekend and you provide adequate advance notice of your cancellation, we will gladly refund your deposit—less a processing fee. For RV sites, a minimum of three-days advance notice is required, and a $10 processing fee will apply. For hotel rooms, a minimum of three-days advance notice is required, and a $25 processing fee will apply. And for our glamping accommodations, a minimum of 10-days advance notice is required to provide us with enough time to re-book them. If your cancellation occurs any closer to your reservation, your first night’s deposit will be forfeited. Deposits are not refundable or transferable for reservations over major holiday weekends (including Memorial Day, Labor Day and Thanksgiving). A deposit equal to the first night’s stay will be collected at the time of booking.
