Can I Bring My Pets With Me to Palm Canyon Hotel & RV Resort?

Well-behaved pets are welcome in our pet-friendly hotel rooms and RV sites. But pets must be registered at the front desk upon arrival. Non-disclosed pets are subject to a $150 fine per pet. In our pet-friendly hotel rooms, no more than two domestic pets are allowed per room, each must be 50 lbs. or smaller and a pet fee of $50 for the duration of guests’ lodging stay will apply.

All pets must be kept on a leash at all times (with a max length of 10 feet). They must remain in the care of their owner and may not be left unattended. We have convenient pet waste stations located throughout the property, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. All pet waste must be properly disposed of in a trash receptacle. Pets are prohibited from entering resort buildings and amenity areas.

Noisy, vicious or unruly pets are not allowed. If a guest is not able to keep their pet under control, they must remove them from the premises or risk having the animal taken in by local animal control authorities. Pet owners will be held accountable for any injury or damage caused by their pets, and they are expected to resolve any issue directly with the injured party. Guests bringing pets should be able to provide proof of their pets’ current vaccinations. Exotic pets are strictly prohibited.

Should your room require additional deep cleaning due to the presence of pets, we reserve the right to charge a $50 per hour cleaning fee to the credit card on file.
